If you like the itinerary exactly the way it is described here, then all that is required is for us to secure the required hotel space, transportation, guides, drivers and other components and to ensure that everything is available on the dates you wish to travel.

If you would prefer a different itinerary, then we will work with you to create exactly what you need.
 

Cancellation and Refunds

Once we begin creating an itinerary for you, we will charge a nominal non-refundable deposit which will be applied in full to the final payment for the trip.

Since all amounts paid for these journeys is sent overseas, it is highly unlikely that refunds will be available in case of cancellation. TrailFinders' staff will recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover any tour payments in case an unforeseen event causes you to cancel.
