A non-refundable deposit
of C$ 2000 per person is due upon booking.
A second
deposit of C$ 2000 per person is due 6 months prior to departure.
The final balance is payable 90 days
prior to departure.
The journey prices shown
above include
all services from the time of arrival in Cape Town
to
the time of departure from Windhoek on the last day of the trip including airport-hotel transfers,
all hotels and game lodges, all breakfasts, included lunches and dinners
as shown on the full itinerary,
game drives, ground
transportation, guides, drivers, naturalists, site fees,
park fees and a few surprises.

Flights in the Air Canada option via the US may be up to C$240 less. Please check
with us for current availability and exact prices for all
air tickets at time of booking and we will find the best air
options for you. Remember that the least expensive air
options are obtained as far ahead of the travel date as
possible and costs increase as the travel date approaches.

As with all trips, you
will have personal costs associated with this journey which may be
payable prior to departure or while en-route in Africa. We have estimated
these costs in a separate document -

Before
booking this trip please read the

**Note: Although we
do not expect it to change significantly, the land trip price may be
subject to adjustment up to the time that the final balance is paid
in full due to currency rate fluctuations or other cost increases
including fuel surcharges on local flights included in the itinerary.
Once the tour balance is paid in full, TrailFinders will absorb any
increased costs. Participants can pay the tour balance at any time
between the time of booking and the final payment due date.
