Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit
of C$1000 per person is due upon booking.
A second
deposit of C$2000 per person is due 6 months prior to departure.
The final balance is payable 90 days
prior to departure.
The journey prices shown
above include
all services from the time of arrival in Cape Town
to
the time of departure from Windhoek on the last day of the trip including airport-hotel transfers,
all hotels and game lodges, all breakfasts, many lunches and dinners,
game drives, ground
transportation, guides, drivers, naturalists, site fees,
park fees and a few surprises.
Please note that the tour price
does
not include international air between Canada and Africa.

**Note: Although we
do not expect it to change significantly, the land trip price may be
subject to adjustment up to the time that the final balance is paid
in full due to currency rate fluctuations or other cost increases
including fuel surcharges on local flights included in the itinerary.
Once the tour balance is paid in full, TrailFinders will absorb any
increased costs. Participants can pay the tour balance at any time
between the time of booking and the final payment due date.
