As well, we suggest you talk to us prior to sending in the booking form and if possible that you consider attending one of our informational slide shows which describes this journey in detail. If you do not live in Ottawa or cannot get to a slide show please call us, since we may be planning a slide show in your location in the near future.

Complete the Booking Form in its entirety

Simply download a copy of our Booking Form (or request a copy) and send the completed form to us along with your trip deposit and photocopies of your passports.

Once all 16 spaces have been filled we will establish a waiting list in order of receipt of Booking Forms in case there are any cancellations. No deposit is required in order to be placed on the waiting list.

Before sending in the form please read the Terms and Conditions on page 4 of the Booking Form.

Space on our journeys is always allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time of arrival of the Booking Form and deposit in our office regardless of any temporary arrangements for holding space.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once we receive your deposit, you are deemed to have firmly stated your intention to travel and to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

In the case of cancellation of a booking by a client after having paid the deposit and/or other amounts, cancellation penalties will apply as shown on the booking form and in our Terms and Conditions. TrailFinders' staff will recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover tour payments in case an unforeseen event causes you to cancel.

Tour deposits are non-refundable unless TrailFinders cancels the trip prior to the departure date. TrailFinders reserves the right to cancel any planned departure at any time for any reason including but not limited to insufficient participation or developing situations which may endanger our clients or staff or which may make it impossible to conduct the trip as planned. In this case we will offer an alternate date. If this alternate date is not acceptable to those who have already booked, TrailFinders will refund all tour payments received but cannot be responsible for additional losses incurred for other related or unrelated travel arrangements or for air tickets. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover these amounts. No other compensation will be paid in the event of a cancelled departure or change of departure date.
