Personal Itinerary
Planning
We are very proud of our clients. They are some of the most
well-travelled people in Canada - actually, in the world - since many of
our clients don't even live in Canada.
They learn from us and we
learn from them. Together we have amassed a huge database of travel
information and expertise and we use this data every day as we help our
customers plan their travel.
Wherever you're going, whatever you're planning to do and however
complex your itinerary, we can help.
We start by listening to
you. Where have you been? What did you like and dislike? What did your
travel partner like and dislike? Are you one-star or five-star types?
Are you camper types, hostel types, guest house types or hotel types?
Are you happy walking or do you prefer buses, trains, rickshaws or
elephants? Limejuice or lager? Wasabi or Beef Wellington? Imagine the perfect journey and
describe it for us.
Whether you prefer to
travel alone, with a partner or as part of a small group or even a larger group, we
can find you the perfect fit and can ensure that you receive the best
value for every dollar spent.
This level of travel
planning takes effort on your part as well as ours. In general, we
require at least an hour of your time to ensure we appreciate what you
are seeking. Each client is different and we treat you that way. |

Group Services
We've been handling groups for many years and have had a lot of fun
doing it! No group is too big or too small. Over the years we've handled
groups of 150 rural doctors to Cuba, several
medium-sized cruise groups, many different world-wide departures for
Friendship Force chapters, archaeological groups to the Middle-East, our
own small groups to Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America and numerous
corporate conference groups to name just a few.
As a part of a group, you
won't necessarily be restricted to following the identical itinerary of
the others. We leave room for individual flexibility where you require
it.

Corporate Services
In spite of our outward appearance as a "leisure" agency, we also have a
busy corporate department that operates very efficiently in the
background.
Our
corporate clients include some of Ottawa's smaller high-tech firms,
public organizations, architects, medical clinics, politicians, judges, consultants
and so on - many of whom travel internationally on a regular basis.

Domestic and
International Airfare Consulting
Nothing confuses our clients more than the rules and prices associated
with air travel. (See our
article on airfares.)
While you may be able to
find an occasional deal on an airline ticket on the web, the fact is that generally you would
be further ahead talking to a good travel agent (like us!) who can see
all fares and all airlines at the same time and can recommend
alterations in your planned itinerary that could save you money and
time. And even after you've purchased your tickets, if something goes
wrong enroute, you'll appreciate having us available to help.
We can get airline
tickets from hundreds of discount suppliers - at prices that are lower
than the airlines' own prices. |

World-wide Cruise
Planning
In addition to our vast selection of regular cruise products, we also
offer some of the most unusual ones. Consider for example the graceful
and romantic voyage on the tall ship "Soren Larsen", or the incredible
Norwegian Coastal Voyage from Bergen beyond the Arctic Circle, or the
mail ship from Cape Town to London via St. Helena and Tristan Da Cunha. We also
can take you through the Northwest Passage or to Antarctica. If slow
cruising is more to your liking, how about a barge journey through
Sweden's Göta Canal, a leisurely Rhine cruise or a slow 'float' down
some of Russia's rivers.

Our Private Journeys
Our own private, first-class, small-group journeys are very popular and
tend to sell-out quickly. We use unique hotels, boats, trains and other
craft and we limit our group size to a maximum of 16 like-minded guests.
