A note on
current privacy legislation
As of January 1, 2004 the final stage of the Personal
Information Protection act came into effect. This act provides for increased
protection of client's personal information and how it is used.
As part of our privacy policy TrailFinders never releases any
personal information to third parties for purposes other than for making travel
bookings according to the client's instructions. We never sell or give away any
client information for purposes of marketing or solicitation.
In order to collect and store your personal information we
require authorization from you to do so. By filling in this form and sending it
to us electronically, you authorize us to store your personal information on
secure computer systems and/or in
locked cabinets and to use it for the purposes of making travel arrangements on
your behalf.
This authorization does not extend to the use of your credit
card as payment for any travel booking. You will be required to authorize
payment to your credit card separately for each individual travel booking.
